First blend together the ice, milk, and ice cream.
Then add the sugar, vanilla, caramel, salt, and chocolate chips then blend.
Optional: Drizzle caramel syrup on the side of the cup. Then sprinkle some salt in with the caramel. Add the drink. Then add whipped cream and drizzle caramel on top and add a little more salt.
